Authorized construction supervisor | P260221A

• a reliable and skilled professional/manager who has passed the professional qualification exam to serve as an authorized construction supervisor,
• a right-hand person for our international client and other construction specialists – someone who will actively support them during the long-term renovation of the premises that will house a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant.

Phase 1 of the project is starting now and will continue at least until the end of 2026.

You will

• be part of an international team of experts in the fields of construction and architecture,
• oversee the end-to-end execution of all construction work,
• monitor the work schedule,
• monitor the quality of all construction activities,
• collaborate on the preparation of daily and weekly reports on the progress of the construction project.

• authorization to perform construction supervision pursuant to Act No. 138/1992 Coll. on Authorized Architects and Authorized Civil Engineers,
• willingness to provide services directly on-site in the vicinity of Košice (at least during inspection days and other important meetings),
• good communication skills,
• a strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility,
• excellent communication and presentation skills.

• fluency in English,
• willingness to provide services daily (for approximately 2 hours) directly at a construction site in the vicinity of Košice (and, therefore, the ability to commute regularly).
